Reflect and reset for a fruitful 2020

It’s this time of year we always start thinking about what we want to do. What goals do we want to set. This year, I’m tried something new. I’m going to take a beat these next two weeks and process the last year. Give myself time to pull apart what I’ve overcome, what I’ve learned, what I want to celebrate.

Are you ready to reflect?

I’m doing Unravel Your Year which I highly recommend. It is a 63 page workbook filled with thought provoking prompts to literally help you pull this last year apart. Then, you get to put some real intention in planning for 2020. You can also simply reflect or journal on the following prompts:

  • What did you discover about yourself in 2019?

  • What were you most grateful for in 2019?

  • When were you brave in 2019?

  • How has your life changed in 2019?

  • What were your top 3 moments of 2019?

  • What do you want to celebrate?

  • What were your lowest moments of 2019?

  • What did you learn from them?

  • What do you want to create for yourself in 2020?

  • What do you want more of in 2020?

  • Who do you want to be in 2020?
