Join me and a group of amazing women who are ready to figure out what’s next in their careers. Together we will explore your passions and interests and the impact you want to have on the world. You will be held accountable each week to take the action steps that will move you forward. The people on your team will help you achieve your goals, overcome the obstacle, or get unstuck. Why? Here’s how it works:

Over the course of three months we will move through my prove four step process:

• MINDSET- Improve mindset on career through powerful tools/strategies. (Weeks 2-3)

• DREAM- What do you really want? Then dream a bit more and a bit more. (Weeks 3-4)

• EXPLORE-What opportunities are available to you? What can you create? (Weeks 5-6)

• ACTIVATE- Fire up your network, tighten up your resume, LinkedIn, etc. (Weeks 7-8)

• In the first session, you will give the team your career 411. Whats going on and where do you want to go? We will set goals and the Team may even push you to make your goals even bigger!  

• Every week you will share your successes, ask for feedback and set goals for the week ahead.

• Everyone benefits from the team’s collective knowledge, contacts, perspectives and resources.
