It is probably no secret that I love personal development. I had a few people recently ask me for my reading list so I thought it would be fun to share my top 5 books! What are some of your fave books right now?

1. “The Power Of Now” by Eckhart Tolle. This book was a game changer. Anxiety and worry used to control my thoughts and life. This book was one of the contributors to changing my thought patterns. It is pretty dense and something I recommend reading and listening to at least twice. I’m planning to re-read it in the new year.

2. “Return To Love” by Marianne Williamson. This is such a beautiful read. It is actually Marianne’s reflection on A Course In Miracles which is on my 2020 list. Anyone else want to tackle that with me? The lessons in this book are really applicable to everyone and it is very digestible. Marianne shares example from her own life which I found to be super relatable.

3. “The Alchemist” by Paulo Coelho. My friends and I started passing this book around a couple years ago in Bali. It is short but mighty! This is the story of Santiago, the shepherd on a journey to realize his “Personal Legend.” From taking action, to overcoming fear, to embracing the present, to decision making. Santiago’s epic journey and the many teachers he encounters along the way has lessons that will guide you for the rest of your life.

4. “The Big Leap” by Gay Hendricks. I just finished this and I am obsessed. It is incredibly practical and actually gives you tools to identify what is holding you back in your life. If you feel like you are on the verge of something big, ready to take your life to the next level, or want to learn how to step into your Zone of Genius, this is a must read!

5. “It Didn’t Start With You” by Mark Wolynn. This is a must read for anyone interested in generational trauma or past lives. The tools and theories in this book which are backed by extensive research help you take current limiting beliefs, chronic pain, fears, anxieties and trace them back to past generations. He then walks your through a process to reclaim your life and health.
