How to manifest and create your dreams in 5 easy steps

It is easy to feel like you have no clue what you want. Like you don’t know where you are going. Like you are just downright stuck.

I get it. I’ve been there.

Here’s the problem, you are looking too far ahead. You don’t feel like you have the perfect ribbon-tied vision all laid out, and a vision board, and you still have that dumb job you hate holding you down, so I guess today isn’t the day to really worry about dreams.

Sound familiar? Let’s try something a little different.

Watch my free training below and journal along these five questions!

  1. What is my dream right now? Before you skip to this or roll your eyes or feel totally defeated. I want you to not do that this time. Just go with me. Can you just write down your dream in this moment. It might be to lay in bed all day and drink coffee, it might be to go to Italy, it might be to write a best selling novel, it might be to feel healthy again. Don’t look so far ahead, just write down what is your dream right now. In this moment.

  2. What is the 10x version of this dream? Ah. I got you! Now we are going to take that seed of truth for you in this very moment and let it bloom. Let it go wild. Maybe that coffee in bed dream could bloom into only working 5 hours a week and still make the same amount of money. Maybe going to Italy is buying a villa in Italy by next year and starting a cheese farm! And that best selling book? Let’s make it 10 and a Netflix series.

  3. What would I do today if I was unafraid and I 100 percent knew I could not fail?

  4. Answer this question, yes or no: am I willing to let my dream be bigger than my fear, just for today? Just answer this yes or no. Nothing in between. Yes or no?

  5. Ok, so what is ONE THING I will do today in service of this dream. Just one thing. When will you do it by and who or what is holding you accountable?

You see, it isn’t always about having some big, huge, glorious vision. Those take time to build. But here’s the thing, the more you give yourself permission to dream, the more you start acting on your dream, on creating your vision no matter how small, the easier it gets.

So back to my original question, are you willing to let your dream be bigger than your fear, just for today?
